Avago Technologies (Malaysia)
MST is currently their Total Facility Management services provider. Our scope of work includes management, operation and maintenance of the complete building facility which encompasses 400,000 sq ft of floor space, mechanical, electrical and fire protection services, and general services (i.e. house keeping, bus kilang, cafeteria, reception, mailroom and record retention).
Infineon Technologies (Kulim)
We provide contract services of managing, operating and maintaining complete HVAC, mechanical and scrubber systems. This manufacturing facility, with a built-up area of approximately 2 million sq ft floor space including Class 1 and Class 10 clean rooms, produces wafer fab for power semiconductors.
Honeywell Aerospace Avionics Malaysia
Our most recent customer, MST provides Total Facility Management outsourcing services. What we do includes managing, operating and maintaining of the complete building facility (an approx. 250,000 sq ft of floor space), mechanical, electrical and fire protection services, and general services such as house keeping, landscaping, pest control, hygiene and general waste management.
